Booking Form - Pelagic Day Trips

Submit this form to enquire about availability on a trip.

After we reply to your enquiry, you can then confirm by email and secure your booking deposit of R200 per person. Full payment is due by 60 days before the trip. The rate includes a light lunch and drinks on board and approximately 8 hours at sea.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Special rates may apply for group bookings (>5 spaces), tour operators and South African citizens.

We offer credit card payment facilities and are the only Cape pelagic operator to do so. Payment can also be made by local (EFT) or international electronic bank transfer (SWIFT) to the Cape town Pelagics account.

Terms & Conditions

If you book a tour, the following terms and conditions apply. By using the facilities that we have provided, you implicitly agree to these conditions.

You can secure your participation on the tour by confirming your booking in writing and by paying in full.

Banking charges are not included in the tour price. If they are accidentally charged to us, then your payment deficit must be rectified before the tour starts.

If you cancel your booking, then the cancellation will be subject to a charge to cover administrative costs of ZAR200 per person; banking costs for paying any refund will be charged to your account. Cancellations within 14 days of the trip will forfeit the entire trip cost.

Should poor weather force the trip to be cancelled, your payment will be refunded less ZAR200 administration costs and less transaction fees. Should mechanical problems cause the trip to be cancelled, your payment will be refunded in full. Gains or losses from fluctuations in exchange rates will not be compensated for when refunds are issued.
