If
you are coming from Cape Town, please take the M3 southwards.
If you are coming from the airport, follow the N2 and feed
left onto the M3 as you approach the mountain. (Signposted
"Kirstenbosch")
Continue
south along the length of the M3 until it reaches the T-junction.
Turn right here towards Simonstown and Noordhoek. After just
over a kilometre, take the conspicuously signposted M42 "Ou
Kaapse Weg" to the left, and follow it over the mountain.
Continue
straight through Noordhoek towards Simonstown. Joining the
coastal road at Glencairn, turn right and continue until you
reach Simonstown. (Look out for the marked railway station
on the left and an obvious central business district)
Immediately
before the "Jubilee Square" in the centre of Simonstown,
turn left opposite the Standard Bank into Wharf Street. (See
map)
Meet
at the end of the Pier, typically at 06h45 for 07h00 am. The
journey should take about 45 minutes from Cape Town. Please
see the map on the left for further details.

the boat will be launching.
From Gordon's Bay main
road (coming from the direction of Cape Town), take the right
turning into Gordon's Bay Harbour through the entrance gates.
There is a minimal entrance
fee of R2.00 payable at the entrance gate.
Parking is on the right
hand side and the guide or skipper will be there to meet you
and to show you to the boat.
